• All prices shown are for the property (not per person)

• Duvets, pillows, bed linen, bath, hand & tea towels are included in the price.  Please note there is an additional charge of £25 per person per night for the sofa bed. 

• Electricity/ heating are included in the price.

• Change over days are usually Fridays (but can be flexible) 

• Checking in time is from 4pm onwards.

• Check-out time is 10am on your departure day.

• Well behaved dogs accepted by prior arrangement at £30 per dog (Max 2 dogs)

• 30% deposit required on booking. The balance, together with a refundable security Deposit of £100, is due 6 weeks before arrival. For booking at short notice within 6 weeks, full payment is due upon booking. Telephone bookings held for 3 days pending deposit.

• Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, online payment with debit /credit card or please make cheques payable to Mrs A Davey

• Mobile Phone signal- Due to the rural location you may struggle to get a signal on your mobile phone, depending on which network provider you are with, it can be quite patchy in this area however you should be able to find a place to use your phone.
