Orchard Lodge
A comfortable two-bedroom lodge sleeping up to 6 guests, with its own secure private garden overlooking the orchard and surrounding Devon countryside.
Perfect for families, couples and friends looking for a peaceful rural escape.
Woodpecker Lodge
Our second two-bedroom lodge sleeps up to 6 guests and offers a comfortable base from which to explore Devon — or simply stay put and enjoy the peace and quiet.
With its own secure private garden, countryside views and outdoor seating, it's a lovely place to unwind.
Travelling with a larger group?
Book Orchard Lodge and Woodpecker Lodge together and accommodate up to 12 guests.

Discover Devon from a central location
Pound Farm is situated near the village of Butterleigh, between Tiverton and Cullompton.
We're just 10 minutes from the M5 at Junction 28, making us easy to reach from across the country.
Tiverton is only around 3 miles away and Exeter around 12 miles, while both the North and South Devon coasts can be reached in around 40 minutes.
Exmoor and Dartmoor are also within easy reach.
So whether you're looking for beaches, countryside walks, historic towns, attractions, good food or simply somewhere peaceful to stay, Pound Farm makes an excellent base for exploring Devon.
Your own little corner of the countryside
Both lodges have their own secure private outdoor space, with seating, BBQ facilities and a fire pit.
Step outside and you'll be surrounded by rolling Devon countryside, our apple orchard and the sights and sounds of farm life.
There are walking routes directly from the lodges, so you can leave the car behind and explore the countryside on foot.
Bring your dog
We know that a family holiday isn't complete if your four-legged family member has to stay behind.
Up to two dogs are welcome in each lodge by prior arrangement.
With secure private gardens and countryside walks straight from the accommodation, Pound Farm makes a great base for a dog-friendly Devon break.

Walk, explore — or do absolutely nothing
One of the best things about staying at Pound Farm is that you don't have to go anywhere.
Take a walk from the lodge and enjoy the rolling hills and peaceful valleys.
Spend some time beside our wildlife pond, guests can watch the birds and wildlife around the farm, spot sheep, cattle and horses in the surrounding fields, or simply sit outside with a drink and enjoy the view.
And if you do fancy exploring, we're perfectly placed for discovering Devon
